After having a talk with my friend Rep. Bonnen about this... I have been assured that it was not his intention to say that Baby Francesca couldn't attend UT (or her Mrs. TMF's alma mater, Berkley)... in fact... as a sign of goodwill, I just received word that Francesca will be celebrating Sine Die while wearing in this, courtesy of her Uncle Dennis:
